Is my credit card information safe?
Yes, your credit card and all your personal information are safe with us. During the checkout process when your personal and credit card information is entered, you will notice the page has switched from “http” to “https”, this means that Nail MAD is up to date on their security certificate and our website is secure. Can I use my Nail MAD discount code on other websites that sell Nail MAD products?
Discount codes and e-gift card codes are generated for sales on our website only. For more details, please review any disclaimers or fine print.
How often do you have new products?
We upload new products to our website weekly. Please check out our What's New Arrival page for all of our newest products.
I did not receive a confirmation number for my order! Where can I find it?
When customers complete the checkout process on our website, the last page will display a confirmation number. If you did not see this information or closed out the page, you may find this information by either logging into your account that you created with us or by checking your email that you used to make the purchase. A confirmation page is emailed directly after an order has been placed.
If you cannot locate the email in your Inbox, we recommend looking into the SPAM folder.

Shipments to other countries is $1 shipping fee.
What is the shipping time frame for international locations?
Shipping times for international locations vary greatly according to each country’s location and custom’s processing. The average time frame is 25-40 business days. However, bordering countries to the U.S. may experience quicker delivery time frames.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once packages have been shipped with Nail MAD, you will receive an email confirmation that has your shipping details. If you cannot locate the email in your Inbox, we recommend looking into the SPAM folder.
It's been a month and I still haven't received my products! What do I do?
U.S. Customers: If you haven't received your purchase within 20 business days, Nail MAD will consider your shipment a postal loss and will provide you with either a re-shipment or refund. If you have not received your shipment after 20 business days from the time of your purchase, please contact us info@nailmad.com.
International Customers: If you haven't received your purchase after 40 business days, Nail MAD will consider your shipment a postal loss and will provide you with either a re-shipment or refund. If you have not received your shipment after 40 business days from the time of your purchase, please contact us info@nailmad.com.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectation, you can return your merchandise ordered from our website at any time within 30 business days of your order date for an exchange or refund of the purchase price.
If an individual item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in order to receive a refund.

I went through the check out process and my credit card had been declined! What's going on?!
There could be a lot of different reasons why a card has been considered "declined." Here are the most common reasons:
- Entering the credit card information incorrectly.
- Entering the incorrect Billing Address. This address needs to match your credit card's Billing Address and is not always necessarily your shipping address. If you don't know, please contact your credit card company for confirmation.
- Insufficient funds.
- Pre-Paid Gift Credit Cards.
If your card has been considered "declined" and you see a pre-authorize charge from us, please note that this means that we have not accepted any funds on behalf of your account. This transaction will drop in about 3-5 business days* as a voided transaction. *Time frames are subject to change based on credit card company.
