DAMAGES + DEFECT
Please let us know immediately if there are any damages or defects upon delivery of your order. We’re happy to quickly assist with finding the best solution for your needs.
RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
To initiate a return, please apply for a return through our Returns Portal within 15 days of delivery.
Due to our quality and hygiene standards, used products cannot be returned.
All returned products must be unused, new, and in their original packaging.
Returns that have not been approved by customer service will not be accepted.
Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Please note we do not cover returns postage.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
It can take up to 5 business days for your return to be processed by the warehouse and once it has we will process the refund back to the original payment method.
Once you receive this email, it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your payment provider.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. Please submit a help query to info@nailmad.com if you decide to cancel your order.
For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase, but have not yet been shipped we will offer a partial refund, after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
We will NOT accept a cancellation request once the order has been shipped.
