DHL Express Shipping - $25 (Free for orders over $200)

All international customers can use DHL Express. Shipping costs may vary.
You can get estimated shipping costs at the cart page - Delivery up to 5-8 business days.
Some countries may require import fees, which customer will be responsible for.
These fees are not included in shipping costs.

Shipping and Handling Cost

Most of our orders reach destination within 2 weeks, however depending on the customs at the country of destination, it may take up to 30 business days or more. Unfortunately, because we have no control over the customs, once the package leave our warehouse we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

In addition, please note that NailMAD will not be responsible for any additional customs fees that your country's custom may charge.

All orders, including ones with expedited shipping, have a 3-4 business days processing time in addition to the estimated delivery time. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, NailMAD cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.
